Im running a "download toolbar" CPA offer(neverblue). Aff link is npvos.com/click/?s=1111111&c=222222&subid=%%keyword%% and it redirects to download.couponalert.com. And on that page there is a download button to get that toolbar.

I need that button on my LP! So if my visitor clicks on "download now" download of a toolbar starts right on my LP. The main idea is that I do not want the visitor to go to the CPA offer landing page then have to click "download" again from that page. And also i need to dynamically pass subids.
Here is the example how i want it print-coupons-at-home.com . It looks like its done with javascript.
